The project centers on the Stationed Site, connecting the victory of Red Army long march scenic and Xiyan Mountain. There are five functions including visit, business, culture, experience and leisure. It will attract more tourists and youths to come for patriotism education.

Investment and Benefit: The planned investment of this project is 428 million Yuan and plans to attract 350 million of investment. The annual benefit will be 40 million.
