Brief Introduction to the Project:

The project locates in Shitouping, Xigu District, Lanzhou, Gansu Province, covering a total area of about 400 acres and the construction area more than 300,000 square meters. The construction is to be started in 2012 and completed in 2015. The project plans to construct the antique street characterized by the shopping, leisure, entertainment, characteristic catering, and various kinds of craft master studio, creativity room, etc.,aiming at showing the essences of the unique historical culture, national culture, the diet culture and local specialties of Gansu (Lanzhou).

Investment and Benefit: The total investment is about 900 million.The period of the return is about 6 years with an expected ROI of 20%.

Project Progress: Proposal to be planned, designed and approved in 2012.The prophase investment to be finished.
