Brief Introduction to the Project:

The Industry Park centers on “cultural creativity” and aims at the animation and software research and development, including developing products such as animation books, films and televisions, audio and video publications, and other related products and services to development, production and sale of the animation, while functioning as the business incubation.The Industrial Park covers an area of 120 acres and is to be completed in two phases. The construction of the first phase covers an area of 36,955 square meters, the scale of the construction covers 36,000 square meters. The first phase includes the animation headquarter building, the animation-themed hotel, the artist village apartments, the youth animation experience plaza, the international animation and game development center, the demonstration area of the animation production and research, the animation education and training center, and the original animation production center. The supporting facilities around this project are complete and in line with the overall land use planning.

Investment and Benefit: The total investment is 220 million Yuan. The investment of the first phase is 98 million yuan, planning to invite 30 million yuan investment. In the first phase, 20 enterprises are to be invited, which can claim the annual sales income of 120 million yuan with the profit of 28 million.

Project Progress: The project proposal has been finished and recorded, obtained the suggestion paper on the project construction site selection and the pre-examination opinion on the land use. The preparation work before such as planning and figure review is going on.
