Brief Introduction to the Project:

Zhangye Road Culture & Media Building is the renovation project of Zhangye Road Bookstore of Lanzhou, which locates adjacent to Gansu Provincial Government,and is listed as one of the key projects of the 12^th Five-Year by Press and Publication Bureau of Gansu Province. The Culture & Media Building will be built in the original site with 16 floors which cover an area of 60,000 ㎡. The new building will provide places for web publishing, book expo, books, periodicals, audio and video products, electronic publications, cultural and sporting goods, galleries, science and technology audition reading, reader’s club, vocational training, cultural exchanges and offices.

Investment Estimation: The total investment is 600 million Yuan, including 200 million of investment attracted and 400 million collected. The ROI (return on investment) is about 13%.

Project Progress: Project Approved.

Cooperative Mode: Joint construction, co-development.
